Melanie Bryan (she/her)

Honoured with an OBE for her services to Social Enterprise and Women’s Enterprise, Melanie is a multi-award winning entrepreneur, whose accolades include UK Top 50 Business Advisor, National Enterprise Support Champion and being named as one of the Maserati 100 for mentoring and advice.

Melanie's previous experience includes senior roles within financial institutions, the Co-operative Group and as a global management consultant before setting up her own business in 2009.

As a growth expert Melanie has helped organisations to win over £174m of grants and public sector contracts in the last 10 years.. She has also provided bespoke growth mentoring, support, training and events to help over 4500 leaders - from businesses (most industry sectors), social enterprises and charities - to take their passion and purpose and use them to achieve their business and life goals whilst making a positive difference. Melanie supports prestigious national and regional growth programmes including the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Programme for which she has been a Growth Expert since 2011, and Help to Grow Management as both a facilitator and mentor.

Alongside this Melanie is a popular speaker, (including Ted-X), panellist, webinar presenter and facilitator.
