Nicola Carey (she/her)

I was very lucky to meet the Power2 team and young people on a Teens and Toddlers group in my primary setting this year. I was ready for a change in career and felt meeting the team was meant to be.

Nicola has over 12 years experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant working within different primary schools across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Before re-training to work in education, she worked as a Support Manager in a solicitors office in Manchester and as a legal secretary.

I believe everyone has the ability and talents to reach their dreams and goals in life but some people just need a little help. I wanted to be part of a team that can engage, guide and inspire own action for change so that young people can reach their full potential.
