Sam manages the delivery team which comprises 10 Programme Leads and 5 Programme Assistants. She oversees recruitment of schools and other organisations/services that refer young people to our programmes. Sam also works closely with the Programme Development Manager to ensure we are developing programmes that are impactful, sellable and scalable. Sam also feeds in to I&E to ensure we can fulfil our contract requirements from bids won and is based in the North West.

Sam has worked with young people for the past 10 years, having worked as a counter clerk for the post office for the 8 years prior. She began facilitating for Power2 in 2007 and became Head of Operations in the North West in 2017, before becoming the Head of Programme Delivery in 2020. She has been our Director of Services since 2022.

I am passionate about supporting young people and wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves the chance to achieve their full potential. I believe the work of Power2 truly inspires young people to achieve.
