My role involves delivering Power2 programmes to young people and supporting them to achieve to the best of their ability. In addition, I support the team and liaise with relevant partners to ensure that we are providing an excellent service in the work that we do.

Tracey graduated from Salford University in 2014 with a degree in Sociology, producing a thesis on ‘Raising the Aspirations of Young People’. She has worked with young people for more than twenty five years, working alongside education, family support, mental health and social workers to provide support networks for young people.

Tracey has also worked with Children’s Social Services and Early Intervention and Prevention Teams, promoting positive relationships between children and their families, and liaising with external agencies to achieve the best outcome.

In her spare time, Tracey practises meditation and yoga. She has also recently enjoyed gardening and growing her own produce.

I am passionate about the work that Power2 does. My motivation is that every young person should be provided with the help and support to believe in themselves, have the confidence to achieve realistic goals and succeed with their hopes and dreams for the future!
