Power2 Succeed

Growing up in care can be tough. Many of the care-experienced young people we work with feel forgotten about, left behind and disconnected from society.

Power2 Succeed helps reconnect them with the opportunities that all young people deserve, regardless of their background or challenges.

About Power2 Succeed

Power2 Succeed is a programme for young people aged 16-25 who were previously looked-after by their local authority. It supports them with their wellbeing, skills, employability and transition to independent living.

This programme provides individualised support to meet young people’s specific needs, with a focus on social, emotional and mental health, personal networks and relationships moving to independent living.

Programme topics include

Planning for the future

CV writing and interview skills

How to access services

Widening support networks

Endorsements

I’ve seen the Power2 programmes give our young people the space to shine beyond the classroom. They leave with renewed confidence, resilience and hope for their futures.
