Power2 Thrive
The programme replicates our Teens and Toddlers model with added support for young people’s wellbeing. We reignite their passion for learning and help them succeed in school and life.
About Power2 Thrive
Power2 Thrive provides a tailored experience for secondary-aged students, taking them out of their usual school environment for one morning or afternoon a week and into a nursery setting to mentor a younger child for 16 weeks. In doing so, they form meaningful friendships with the children while actively supporting their learning and development.
Successful completion of the programme means young people achieve a nationally recognised NCFE Level 1 qualification in Interpersonal Skills.

Endorsements
The Power2 team is the primary reason we want to continue and grow this. They get us and haven’t given up.
Power2 Thrive has supported the young people who have struggled with attendance or had problems fitting in. It has allowed them to grow and become more self-aware and positive about themselves.
Thank you Power2 team for everything you have done with my daughter, the difference in her attitude and confidence is massive. I can’t thank you enough, you’ve given me my daughter back.
I think the biggest part of development for us has been the confidence and communication levels of our children. Seeing them interacting with their mentor each week has been magical.
