Compassionate leave
We know that grief and loss can affect everyone differently.
We offer enhanced compassionate leave of 10 days (or 75 hours) pro rata in a rolling 12-month period per instance. You can also use your compassionate leave when you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, which can be a close or extended family member, friend and pets or service animals.
