As an experienced Chief Financial Officer, Troels Henriksen spent 25 years running multi-national private equity backed and corporate entities. He brings with him extensive experience in contract negotiation and financial management, as well as helping to implement leadership and control through excellent management information.
Since retiring back in 2022, Troels has immersed himself in helping Ukrainian people. In his spare time, Troels helps children with special needs through two charities which are close to his heart – the Newman Holiday Trust and Flexicare.
The first time I was introduced to Power2, I knew I wanted to be involved. So many young people these days become disengaged and disenfranchised with school and the social structures around them. Power2’s relentless drive to help them re-engage and above all else to start believing in themselves again is so important for them, and the people around them. The pandemic has had such a tough impact on so many young people, and I’m delighted to be a part of the tremendous Power2 team, working hard to turn their lives around and be the best that they can be.
