About our group programmes
Our group programmes target two sets of children who are experiencing challenges simultaneously. They raise the aspirations of the older children by pairing them as a mentor and a role model to a younger child who also needs a bit of extra support.
During a half-day a week over 16 weeks, a group of aspiring mentors from a local secondary school visit a local nursery or primary school and create unlikely friendships with children aged 3-5. Our experienced team supervise the students at all times, and no extra preparation from our partner settings is required.

Our programmes don’t just help the mentors; they support the mentees too! With support from our team, our partner settings can identify the children who will benefit most from receiving a young mentor.
