Abdul Jaleel (he/him)

Abdul (AJ) has been working with Young people for over 20 years. He has been a youth worker since he himself was a young person. He began advocating for other young people with similar lived experiences before being offered a paid opportunity. He started his career in Youth and Community work before progressing into other similar roles.

AJ has worked with various organisations on various projects across London. In the last few years he transitioned into a facilitator role, particularly focussing on young people at risk of crime and violence. He really enjoys group work and learning from the young people he supports.
