The Role:

As Director of Impact and Programmes you will lead the organisation’s impact and programme development work. It’s a new role that offers an exciting opportunity to lead, develop and deliver the wider performance management and quality assurance function. Reporting into the Chief Executive, you will provide inspiring leadership to embed a culture of performance management and ensure integration of impact, programme development and quality across all areas of the charity’s work. The role offers a mix of strategic and operational accountability that includes: inspirational leadership; programme design and development; performance management and quality assurance and programme evaluation.

The Person:

Passionate about giving young people the power to build a better future, your experience should include:

  • Developing programmes for children and/or young people
  • Developing and managing performance management systems and processes to effectively drive impact
  • Establishing systems for monitoring, evaluating and measuring long term impact
  • Analysing data and using it to drive outcomes for beneficiaries
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
