I organise quality assurance visits and internally verify the marking of portfolios ensuring that marking is done in a consistent way.

Before joining the charity in 2016, Ian trained as a Barrister. His areas of interest were family law disputes and cases involving domestic violence. Ian also has experience in resolving complaints about organisations providing financial services.

I work at Power2 because I love the fact that the work we do makes a real difference to young peoples lives. This keeps me motivated and keen to work hard and succeed which in turn benefits the people we are reaching out to.
