The Role:

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Income and Engagement Executive will lead on a diverse range of activities across fundraising, marketing and communications to support our income growth and supporter engagement. The role will include tasks such as, managing volunteer fundraisers, supporting key account management and prospect research, CRM and database management, creating effective digital content and ensuring all messaging is consistent with Power2's brand guidelines across all communication platforms.

The successful candidate will be a confident, flexible and proactive individual with excellent communication, IT and multi-tasking skills. In addition to this and central to this role is a willingness to learn and develop new skills. No experience in the charity sector is required; however a passion for the cause and an ability to demonstrate transferable skills is essential.
