Nathan has 15 years' experience in social innovation design and implementation. He has worked in a number of roles in Whitehall including HM Treasury and the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit, and most recently led the scale-up and roll-out of the National Citizen Service Programme, now the largest youth programme in the world. He was a member of Frontline's founding senior team where his responsibilities included developing the evaluation and insight framework and the business case for growth. He is passionate about life chances for young people is and is a volunteer tutor with The Access Project.
