Jennifer has worked in local government and the third sector for over 15 years.
During this time, she has built a reputation for developing and implementing robust HR processes, enhancing governance structures and fostering positive workplace cultures. Her expertise spans charity governance, HR systems, safeguarding and IT management.
Before joining Power2, Jennifer held key roles at organisations such as the National Deaf Children’s Society, NSPCC and Diabetes UK where she managed high-level administration, and played a key part in governance, strategic planning and operational efficiency. Recognised for her leadership, she was named Pitman SuperAchiever PA of the Year and a WeAreTheCity PA/EA Rising Star in 2018.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys walking, travelling, reading and building Lego. She is also a huge Disney fanatic!
