Lara Norris is a Senior Consultant with the Curiosity Society, specialising in supporting charities and non-profit organisations in transforming systems. With a background in psychology, research, and politics, Lara is passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to reach their full potential. She draws motivation from her own experiences growing up, believing that everyone deserves the chance to thrive.
Lara is especially committed to helping children and young people succeed, seeing this as fundamental to a more equitable future. Her work is driven by a deep conviction that nurturing and supporting young people is key to building stronger communities and achieving positive lasting change.
I understand from personal experience the difference that the right support at the right time can make to the lives of young people. Having seen the work of Power2 I absolutely believe in the transformative power of this organisation and so I am delighted and honoured to be joining the organisation. I can’t wait to be part of the team of dedicated trustees, staff and most excitingly - the young people who are at the beating heart of everything they do.
