Reena Gogna is a Lawyer and Partner in the London Banking & Finance practice at the international law firm Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP. She has 22 years’ experience across four leading international law firms representing a wide range of financial institutions in connection with general banking and finance matters, including leverage finance, senior debt and high yield financings, debt restructurings and refinancings.
Reena is passionate about inclusion, gender equality and advancement in the workplace and society. In her previous role, she was Chair of the London Women’s Network, Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion committee and an advocate and participant in Women of Impact, a social enterprise accelerator that helps female-led social businesses scale their impact.
