Suzi has been with Power2 for 10 years, starting as a Programme Lead, working her way up to Senior Programme Lead, and now Head of Service Delivery.
She brings valuable volunteer experience, having worked with young people and their families as a Scout Leader and Community Engagement Volunteer a National Trust Park.
As Head of Service Delivery, Suzi oversees a team of 3 Senior Programme Leads, guiding them to effectively support their teams. She is also involved in managing school-based and local authority contracts, alongside assisting our Director of Services with recruitment for schools.
Outside of work, Suzi enjoys taking mini breaks with her friends.
In school, I struggled emotionally and often felt misunderstood which made it difficult to engage in lessons. If I had a programme like one of Power2’s when I was in school, this would have really supported me.
