About us Meet the team Shereen McLaughlin (she/her) Shereen has over 10 years' experience working in secondary education, colleges, and youth charities. In that time she has held pastoral, behaviour management, progress and welfare roles. Most recently, she was Assistant Head of Year in a school where she was able to work with all year groups and support with primary transition, work experience, and GCSEs. I was inspired by the different programmes that Power2 have designed to support young people with their personal development, mental health and wellbeing, and independent life skills. It is also great that the young people are able to gain qualifications, as well as valuable work experience through placements in the early years sector. Power2 provide a unique opportunity for young people to benefit from mutually beneficial mentoring relationships amongst their peers, and receive mentoring support from Programme Delivery staff.
