Karl Morris-Douse (He/ Him)

Karl is a Programme Lead in the North West.  

Before working with Power2, Karl was a special educational needs Teaching Assistant. He has worked with young people facing various different challenges. 

He has worked previously as a youth mentor and a graduate mentor. 

Karl volunteers every week with the Army Cadet Force. Having been apart of the organisation for 11 years, he’s now a Detachment Commander running his own unit in Manchester.
