  1. Work with us

Corporate partnerships

Help us to unlock our potential

At Power2, we believe there is no greater cost to society than unfulfilled potential. Unfulfilled potential is not simply unjust. It also means UK businesses miss out on the insight, resilience and dynamism that is often a result of overcoming internal and external challenges.

Power2 has a strong track record of working with corporate partners, including Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP, CVC Capital Partners, Sir Robert McAlpine, AMD, Terra Firma, and Nomura.

These partnerships are the foundations of our innovation and growth and we work closely with our partners to make sure the relationship is mutually beneficial.

We offer:

  • Volunteering opportunities: for employees in London, the North West of England or online. For example, our Young Leaders workshops are excellent team building and development opportunities and volunteers can support or lead sessions alongside a Power2 facilitator.

  • Exposure to your industry: Our partnerships help build exposure and brand awareness for companies. We highlight the broad range of careers available to young people and with support from our partners we help them explore different paths to success.

  • Insight into the next generation of employees and consumers: Young people are more exposed to a rapidly changing world than previous generations. Our workshops offer an opportunity for input, feedback and ideas from your next generation of employees and customers.

  • Opportunities to help tell young people’s stories: Power2 is dedicated to raising the voices of the young people we support. We host youth-led engagement events throughout the year which bring people closer to our work and we offer opportunities for partners to be involved in these events. We also encourage our young people to share their experiences at external events held by partners.

  • Staff fundraising opportunities: Power2 holds annual places at a range of charity events. We also like to build a portfolio of opportunities to suit each partners’ needs.

  • Long-term charity commitments: Power2 offers ways for employees to stay connected to Power2 in the long-term, from our quarterly newsletter to payroll giving and our Power2 Champions programme. We foster a relationship for the long-term.

We welcome working with businesses of all sizes and across all sectors.

2021 AMD UK Day of Service

In April 2021, sixteen of Power2’s Young Leaders joined a team of volunteers from tech company AMD for an interactive advertising and marketing workshop.  The morning session kicked off with over 20 AMD volunteers speed networking with Young Leaders, speaking about their roles, responsibilities and individual journeys to get to where they are in their careers.

After lunch, teams of Young Leaders and UK AMDers were tasked with pitching an AMD advertising campaign targeting 13-19 year-olds, to a panel of senior AMD and Power2 representatives. In 45 minutes they identified their audience and preferred channel, and sketched out a marketing proposal from storyboarding to budget.  The judges were blown away by their ideas, creativity and passion and were motivated by unique access to future customers’ feedback on AMD branding and products. The panel voted on the best pitch and awarded prizes donated by AMD.

'Power2 offers a meaningful engagement for the 2021 AMD UK Day of Service in terms of meeting our multi-voice cultural values. The day shed light on a new industry and a new sector for young people of diverse backgrounds while giving AMD UK employees insight into the importance of being open-minded and inclusive when hiring, a key tenet of AMD as an employer brand. There were also a few “A-HA!” moments, and gold dust ideas from the Young Leaders which have been fed back to the marketing team.'

– Georgia Hart, AMD Head of Brand Strategy

Our team has backgrounds with some of the UK’s most admired charity brands and a wealth of experience of working in and with the private sector. Our partners trust us to push the boundaries of what a charity is capable of, and we strive to develop partnerships based on effectiveness, innovation, learning and dynamism.

We would love to have a chat about ways we might support your aims and respond to your drivers. Please contact our Corporate Partnerships Manager, Jessie Bradley, by phone on 020 7939 3999 or at [email protected].
