My role is to develop new programmes which are sustainable and impactful, whilst providing a quality assurance framework that ensures existing and future programmes remain effective. I lead on learning and development, ensuring our delivery teams have the resources and training required to deliver our curriculum and support young people at key stages in their lives.

Prior to joining Power2 in 2013, Christina gained a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of people. From supporting vulnerable families in financial hardship, to delivering youth programmes for young children, she has channelled and developed her skills in supporting those in need. 

Christina worked as Youth Engagement Manager before moving into her current role of Programme Development Manager in 2021.
