Jennifer oversees strategic initiatives from development through successful implementation. She also serves as a liaison between staff, SMT and Trustees regarding project updates, proposals, and policies. Jennifer also leads on project management, governance and assists HR with new hires, including documentation and onboarding.

Jennifer is an experienced Business Support Professional, having worked in local government and the third sector for over 10 years. Previously she has supported a start-up charity in their first year and while at the NSPCC was involved in the creation of their five year strategy for 2016-2021. Jennifer has a degree in Psychology and a diploma in business administration for personal assistants. In 2018 Jennifer was named the Pitman 'Superachiever' PA of the Year and the WeAreTheCity PA/EA Rising Star.

Jennifer also runs the Charity PA Network whose aim is to help the sector's PA's develop their skills, get support from their peers and network with like-minded colleagues. Jennifer is also a member of the Executive & Personal Assistants Association (EPAA), a national body committed to championing, promoting and developing the Assistant profession.
