I provide support to the Chief Executive this includes everything from diary management to embedding a project management culture across the charity. I also have responsibility for HR and Governance.

Jennifer is an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator, having worked in local government and the third sector for over 10 years. Previously she has supported a start-up charity in their first year and while at the NSPCC Jennifer was involved in the creation of their new strategy for 2016-2021. Jennifer has a degree in Psychology and a diploma in business administration for personal assistants. In 2018 Jennifer was honoured to be named the Pitman Superachiever PA of the Year.

Jennifer regularly volunteers with CRUK through their Involvement Network; most recently she has attended their strategy workshop and helped to review their web pages. Jennifer also runs the Charity PA Network who aim is to help the sector's PA's develop their skills, get support from their peers and network with like-minded colleagues.

As well as her involvement with the Charity PA Network, Jennifer is also a member of the Executive & Personal Assistants Association (EPAA), a national body whose mission is to champion, promote and develop the Assistant profession.

I loved the whole idea behind the Teens and Toddlers programme of empowering young people to support children and the fact that this work continues with the Young Leaders programme. The fact that we evidence everything we do was also very important to me.
