Julian has had multiple roles working with and supporting young people in many different settings. This includes mainstream and specialist schools, community areas, theatres, and Young Offenders' Institutions.
His work has taken him into schools in both Manchester and London. He has primarily supported students facing barriers to learning such as children diagnosed with autism, ADHD and Down's syndrome.
Power2 are very student focussed looking at different ways to support a young person in and outside of school. They believe that every child has the potential to succeed despite the barriers they may face. I similarly believe that children have a wide range of talents that are not always seen or developed. Concentrating on what students can do will only enhance their experiences in school and help them contribute in their wider community.
