My role is to lead delivery of our Teens and Toddlers and Power2 Rediscover programmes and ensure that the young people we work with get the most from our services.

Tracey graduated from Salford University in 2014 with a degree in Sociology, producing a thesis on ‘Raising the Aspirations of Young People’. She has worked with young people for more than twenty five years, working alongside education, family support, mental health and social workers to provide support networks for young people.

Tracey has also worked with Children’s Social Services and Early Intervention and Prevention Teams, promoting positive relationships between children and their families, and liaising with external agencies to achieve the best outcome.

Power2 offer crucial, targeted support to young people who need it most. I've always wanted to help those facing challenges to be the best version of themselves.
