Lauren Livingston is a Mastered Executive Coach and the founder of Compass Leading, a leadership advisory and executive coaching business. Lauren coaches and trains internationally with senior professionals to support them to be the leaders they want and need to be to thrive and grow.
Lauren spent over 20 years working as a lawyer, 17 of which working for global private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, where for over 9 years she was CVC’s longest standing and first female global General Counsel. She was also a Financial Conduct Authority regulated board Director and a permanent member of her prior firm’s ethics and group risk committees.
Lauren is driven by social justice and passionate about inclusion and equality.
